Synchron buys French co facility :

Synchron Research Services has acquired the stand-alone bio-analytical and bio-marker facility of Parexel International in France for nearly $ 6.7 million. At the same time, Parexel has increased its stake in Synchron from 19.5% to 31%, according to a company statement here.
